Access to the SEDI system (System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders) can be obtained by clicking the link below or going to www.sedi.ca. The SEDI system was established by the securities regulatory authorities in Canada to facilitates the filing and public dissemination of "insider reports" in electronic format via the Internet and the SEDI website. The SEDI system become operational in June of 2003, and insider reporting from that point forward is made in the SEDI system. Historical insider reporting prior to June 2003 is not available in the SEDI system.
The SEDI system uses dynamic Internet sessions which precludes us from providing a link directly to the filings for the Rogers group of companies. However, Insider reports and certain related information filed in SEDI are available on this website, as follows:
- To view an insider's profile, click Access public filings and then click View insider information.
- To view an issuer's profile or issuer event reports, click Access public filings and then click View issuer information.
- To view summary reports compiled for the applicable securities regulatory authorities, click Access public filings and then click View summary reports.
When prompted by SEDI for Issuer Name or Issuer Number, you can either search on Rogers Communications or Rogers Wireless, or you can enter the Issuer Numbers that have been assigned by SEDI which are: 00003765 for Rogers Communications Inc., and 00003770 for Rogers Wireless Communications Inc.
